What does Xania Electronics do? +
We're a Belgium-based industrial electronics company offering four core services: traceable, component-level repair of drives, PLCs, HMIs, power supplies and control boards; procurement-friendly supply (RFQ) of new, refurbished and exchange parts; on-field emergency service for line-down situations; and purchasing of surplus industrial automation equipment.
Do you repair every brand, including older or discontinued models? +
Yes — because repairs are done at the component level, the brand itself isn't a limiting factor, and we regularly work on legacy and obsolete equipment that's hard to source from the original manufacturer. Every repair goes through diagnosis and quotation first, gets a unique case reference and repair report, is functionally tested (with optional burn-in), and comes with a standard 1-year warranty.
How do I get a quote, and how do I know whether I need repair, RFQ, or on-field service? +
For a quote, use the RFQ form and send one part number or a full list — you can paste from Excel or import a CSV, and we'll confirm availability, condition (new/refurbished/exchange) and lead time. As a rule of thumb: choose Repair if the unit itself is failing, RFQ if you already know the exact part number, and On-Field service if the line is down and remote/bench diagnosis won't be enough. If you're unsure, just share the model and symptoms and we'll point you the right way.
Do you offer on-site service, and where do you cover? +
Yes. Our engineers handle emergency troubleshooting, cabinet-level diagnostics, and parameter/firmware migration directly on your installation when remote support isn't enough. We cover Ieper, Belgium, and nearby regions — northern France — with a typical 24–48-hour response in Belgium, depending on severity and availability.
Do you buy surplus industrial equipment? +
Yes. We purchase surplus drives, PLCs, HMIs, modules, and even complete panels or racks — including unused stock after upgrades and obsolete parts still in original packaging. Send an Excel/CSV list (photos of labels and packaging help) and we'll evaluate it against real demand in our catalog before making an offer.
